My tablet will not turn on after I restarted it.

Possibly one app is locking up networking... My gf had this problem after ios update to 8.0. It turned out facebook app became messed up. I uninstalked facebook and everything was great. Reinstalled facebook and it worked fine after that...In fact her whole ipad got faster... IOS updates are becoming painful...

That is what happens when you have no network connection. Are you sure you are connected. Also are you sure you are logged in to Google?

I think you should uninstall the app and reinstall it. That usually works for me. And if that doesn't work, try restarting your iPad and reinstall the Facebook app and see if it works.

you have to do is be root and install an app called root exploret
and go to system / app here find the application to be deleted and if you go back to the menu and restart the tablet is removed and you can download the update hope you reserve

You never want to delete important processes. Make sure your tablet has no buttons being held down then try restarting it. A button might be stuck causing to start in safe mode.

With the tablet turned off, press and hold the volume + button...now press and hold the power button at the same time....you should see a list of options...use the volume + button to scroll options. select recovery mode then push the volume - button, try to "reboot system now", if that doesn't work, you may have to select "wipe data factory reset" but this will wipe all of your apps, and restore the tablet to out of the box condition.
