There are 4 doors that will cause the error. There are 2 on the right side of the printer. If you look closely, there is a white plastic switch on the right side of the doors. The toner door has a black plastic switch on the left side. Then there is the fuser access door on the other side of the printer that has a switch on the left side. Check the doors don't have any broken actuators that hit the switches. Check the switches by pushing on them manually.

If it stops in roughly the same spot every time, and won't respond after it has stopped, it sounds like a broken wire. It is likely losing its electrical current to run the motor. It should be right where the track bends when the door has stopped. Check for loose or frayed wiring inside the flexible plastic track just below the door. The wires will often wear after being bent over and over again. If you find a broken bit of wire, cut out that section and splice in a new length of wire. Be sure you do a good job splicing, or you may end up with the same issue again soon. I am not a mechanic by any means, this just makes sense to me, and I'm considering buying an 01 town and country with this issue, which is why I'm on this site to begin with. Best of luck -
I had the same problem . I opened the door after pushing the clean button.
The locking bar was sticking out and when I tryed to shut the door the bar struck the door approxmately 1/8'' past the right side of the locking slot in the door ,
I finally used a screw diver to pry the locking bar back about 1/16" I then lifted on the left side of the door handle forcing the door to the right I then I was able to pushed the door closed with my right knee. After I got it shut I pushed the clean button and set it on 3 hrs. At the end of the cycle and the cool down time the locking bar retracted and the door opened . Ever thing is back to normal.
I had the same problem - had my local appliance repair shop come by - simple releveling of the unit such that it is tilted slightly back re-establishes things so that the doors will cloe and pull themselves closed. The gaskets are actually magnetized. If the leveling is correct - even upon closing the left door - forcing enough pressure to push open slightly the right side - it will draw itself back in.
Tyres-press the light grey button on the chassis next to the wheel slot as you push on the wheel (this is also the button you press to release each wheel). Opening it is easy - With Buzzwheels on the ground, remove safety hook (plastic loop on left side of handle fixed to peg inner left rear wheel) ten simple lift handle and Buzz frame should automatically pop up. Closing takes more practice-put on brakes (press red foot pedal) stand to side of chassis and at bottom end of handle there are two large grey buttons. With left hand on left button push button forwards (ie direction of chevrons on button) then press in. At the same time push in right button with right hand. Whilst doing this you also need to push down and forad on frame and it should fold down. If you don't push buttons enough it can click. When folded remember to put on safety hook before transit, otherwise it might pop up on its own. Hope this helps. You can download the manual with instructions from Quinny website too if pictures are helpful!
my right side door will open and close it is the left one that sticks or will not open unless given manual assist...
