Are you able get to recovery/download mode by pressing volume up button , home button & power button, press these 3 buttons &hold for 5-10 seconds same time then you will be able to see recovery mode there choose the option wipe data/factory reset,remember it will erase your data even though it will solve your problem.

if u dont remember your google password try factory reset :turn on phone...press volume down+power button for 10seconds then release.....when the recovery screen comes up press home button
