ICN 530 - Black Screen when turned on and when the On Button is pushed it just shows the model "ICN 530" other than that it is unresponsive . I seem to remember it saying something about a "critical error" when last used - this flashed on the screen and then the screen went blank. Currently charging it in the hope it will go !!! No luck so far

Hi I had the same response,with internet access on you can download the software to read it,your security will ask if you trust it confirm and it will load.
when turned on the machine asks for the agree / disagree page,
then goes to a picture of a woman looking out a car window.
wont proceed any further. Help or I want my money back NOW
SIM stands for simulation and this is to be turned off if you do not wish to see the route you have entered before the trip. Change settings in preferences.
