I keep breaking the plastic piece on stihl ms 250

The plastic piece keeps breaking when i pull the rope to start the chainsaw...there seems to be a lot of resistance on the first 3 or 4 pulls...i recently replaced the single plastic piece with a double but still have the same problem...

Too bad there is more than one piece of plastic on todays saws.

So please specify which plastic piece. are you talking about the pull handle?
