Audio on videos terribly noisy and hissy

Everytime i have taken a video using my 4345, the video itself is great, but the audio sounds like its been recorded underwater with a continual noisy sound (like a phone line that is really scratchy, noisy hiss background sounding)
its really bad and unusable as it is.... any ideas/ anybody have a similar problem?

thanks in advance

Low-res audio and AVI video is probably the best you're going to get. It is a still camera first, after all.

Just purchased a Sony Bravia 49XD8305. Great picture but the sound quality is awful. Speech is really hissy even through the sound system. Is there a setting that needs changed

Return it to the store for a replacement before your warranty expires. There isn't any setting that would correct that kind of noise problem.

Automatic muting turns sound off

fijate well in output impedance, which is correct and coupled to the speakers not less, because it causes protection to the team after that can work well.

All of a sudden, no sound on PS3, great pic though. Using HDMI cable...have checked all connections, reset PS3, etc. Still no sound! Guy from Sony said my HDMI cable(Monster) could be bad?! No sound, but...

I agree with the guy from Sony, the reason for this is the HDMI cable should support the transfer of audio and video over the same cable, if your only getting video over it, the cable could be defective, or its possible that you have another cable in the spot where speakers should go that is over riding the HDMI.

What exactly is the HDMI cable plugged into? Is it direct from TV to PS3?
If you have a stereo set lying around that supports HDMI - try having it run through that.
Is the TV muted? check if you can get sound while watching normal TV channels.
Worst comes to worst, use RCA Plugs remembering that the composite video is (yellow) and stereo audio is (white and red). You don't need to connect the composite video, but connect the stereo audio.

If this did not solve the problem, please leave a comment and I'll get back to you once I can =)

The sound recording is noisy

try setting the options on the sound recording lower and try to find the wind audio correction selection. that should work.

Gh world tour mic has terrible lag

Yes, unfortunately, USB ports just aren't fast enough for live vocals. Some stereo setups have longer lag times than others, as well. A couple of ms is very noticeable. Have you tried adjusting the settings on the game? Go to "Options" on the Home Screen and select "Calibrate Lag." Here you can delay either your Audio or your Video in 1 ms increments to try to adjust for lag times. You may find a happy medium after adjusting these settings.

Taking pictures with handycam

I have heard that that they are great for recording video but if you want great pic's you should use your digital camera. before buying mine they told me that it wouldn't take great still pic's because of the megapixels or something.
