Try resetting the printer:
Go into the Service Mode
This printer has a service mode for service-related settings and for performing test prints. The operator panel buttons are used to enter the desired service mode.
Service Mode Operations
1) With the printer powered off, hold down the resume button and press the power button.
2) While holding down the power button, release the resume button and press the resume button twice in succession. Now release the power button. The
indicator will blink in green and remain lit in green.
3) Select one of the following service mode functions by pressing the resume button the specified number of times.
Press Resume Indicator Functions
Zero times Green Power off the printer
1 time Orange Service test print
2 times Green EEPROM information print
3 times Orange EEPROM initialization
4 times Green Waste ink counter setting
5 times Orange Destination settings
6 times Green Print head deep cleaning
7 times Green CD-R test print
8 times Orange CD-R print position correction (horizontal)
9 times Green CD-R print position correction (vertical)
4) Execute the function you have selected (except for model setting) by pressing the power button. The printer will switch itself off after performing the function

its a service error.that printer needs servicing or any of the internal part of the printer is got loose or moved from its actual position.try this instruction if this does not helps then printer needs to be serviced by a locaL Printer servicing /reparing store
1: Remove the Cartridge
2: Unplug the AC Power Cord
3: Close Front access panel, Hold down the RESUME / RESET button and plug in the AC power cord
4: Release RESUME / RESET after plugging in the AC Power cord.
5: Press the RESUME / RESET once within 5 seconds and release the RESUME / RESET.
6: Press and HOLD RESUME / RESET for two seconds or more and release it.
7: Press and HOLD RESUME / RESET for two seconds or more and release it.
8: Unplug AC Power Cord to set data.
