Remove chuck assy and see if it will release, it might need a bit of help with a vice. If not then it will have to be taken apart and pressed out.

Hitachi H65sb electric demolition hammer. Motor works OK but will only sometimes break concrete. The machine wil vibrate in your hand and appears that this energy is not transferring to the chisel point....

Could be a stuck impact bolt, try banging the chisel hard against the concrete and see if it makes a difference. If not it is probably an internal piston/cylinder fault. Take it to a repair centre. You can get a drawing from Hitachi's web site if you wish to do it yourself.

Hilti te 56 combi hammer not working

The gears inside that engage the chisel points to move back and forth are either not alligned properly or are stripped. You'll have to open up the hammer to see what, exactly, is the problem.

Trying to remove transmission, does not want to disengage from engine

Several things cause that to happen.
1, The clutch spigot shaft might be stuck in the clutck plate or some dowels between motor and trans could be tight.
In that case you need to sharp wedges on 2 opposing sides of the transmission and wedge the gap wider with a little force and the things will come apart.

2. The damage to the clutching system might have been so bad it heated the parts and fused some of them.

Remove the clutch fork and use the hole to inspect the system. If the release bearing is stuck to pressure plate you should be able to separate box and motor now leaving bearing on pressure plate.
If the bearing is stuck to the plate and shaft try to separate them by inserting a long chisel in thr fork hole and try to separate the parts by chiseling with light taps and rotating the motor in the process.
If that fails then brute force is the answer. Hammer the chisel real hard. You are likely to damage some items though, but that will bw the way out.

Having trouble removing right front wheel bearing on my 04 vue i tried tapping, chisels, air chisel, penetrating oil nothing seems to work.

The Saturn Vue should have a bolt-on bearing with integrated wheel hub and ABS. It is held on with 3 bolts.

I assume that you got the wheel, rotor, and brake caliper off. You've removed the 3 bolts thru the knuckle to the bearing. And you have the axle nut off and the axle pushed out or at least lose from the bearing spline.

The bearing can get stuck in the aluminum knuckle pilot diameter. The galvanic corrosion between the bearing and knuckle can lock the bearing into the knuckle pretty tightly. It is not a press fit, it's just stuck. I had one GM bearing that had to be pushed out with a hydraulic press.

Keep soaking with penetrating oil and keep hitting it. Otherwise you'll need to remove the knuckle/bearing from the car and find a press.

Stuck chisel

if you have access to a vise I would lock the chisel in it and pull on the release collar and then take a dead blow hammer and "tap" on the drill to try and pull it away from the chisel.

2007 3500 4x4 trying to replace front dr. sd. u joint without killing sealed bearing with chisel or gear puller bearing wont move! torches?

No good way to go about it. If you have an air hammer, see your local tool guy. They make a bit that hits off the hub bearing bolts to work it out. It works fairly well, but if theyre really stuck, get yourself a big hammer and start swinging.

1999 grand marquis oil filter stuck. Couldn't get it out. All its frame collapse. Decided to destroy it (open it up with jigsaw) and attempted to get to the screw part. I see the screw part but I can't...

I had a similar problem with an Ecort GT years ago. My filter was stuck so I drove a screw driver through it and all that did was twisted off the can. If you can get a chisel in there you can use it and a hammer on the outside base of the filter and chisel a notch into the base and use the chisel in this notch and hit it so it makes the filter base turn counterclock wise and spin it off. It will take so time to do this. Onch you get it loose it will spin right off. Be careful and only chisel on the base of the filter and not the engine. Also if you have room you might be able to use a large pair of spli joint pliers, but I doubt that you have the room. Once the filter comes off make sure that the filter gasket comes off with it.

Problems removing rear right rear wheel hub/spindle's called rust and corrosion. You'll need to obtain a nice, large, sharp chisel and nice hammer and chisel away and the point where the hub and axle flange meet. Be careful not to chisel the axle flange. The hub/bearing are not pressed in, just difficult to remove. If you have ABS, make sure you don't damage the wire from the hub. Disconnect it from the bearing assembly by pushing down on the top of the spring clip and pulling it out, carefully. The connector will come out of the hub with gentle pulling. You will need alot of patience too when chiseling the bearing out. Use lots of "PB Blaster" penetrating oil as well (available at any auto parts store). Do NOT use WD-40, it sucks and is mostly water. PB Blaster comes in a white spray can with a yellow top. Ask for it by name. Good luck to u.
