The crt fluid needs to be repalced carefully and correctly...This is why we created step byt step instructions for our kits on our website www.TvRepairKits.com . In msot cases if you cleaned up the spill before powering up the tv would be fine....but its not always easy to get all the spill off the board.....look around and see if you find any burnt parts....if so post a photo here....
I am having a hard time posting any pictures of the circuit board. Anyway, I did not find any burnt places or components like bulging capacitors. I did clean the board with denatured alcohol prior to getting your response. I have not messed with it since. Thanks so much for all of your help. What should I do now?

SOURCE: projection oil spill on main circuit board
The coolant in the CRT's is made up of 70% ethylene glycol and 30% glycerin. The coolant is highly conductive and somewhat corrosive. Since you already tried to turn it on im not sure but hopefully you wiped it up first. Take some 100% denatured alcohol and use that to clean the spill you can just pour it on and wipe it off with the set unplugged of course. then let the remainder on the board evaporate (It evaporates very quickly when open) and repeat the process. if your lucky and it did short the first time you turned it on the fuse just blew.

Here are a few pictures I took of the circuit board. I could not find any burnt places on the board. I checked one of the fuses also to see if it was any good. Could not find any burnt capacitors or burn marks anywhere. Used denatured alcohol to clean the board, prior to getting your response. Have not tried to do anything else to the television. I have attached some pics to this comment. Thanks for helping.
