Kyocera mita 1810 copier error codes C and 620

When I turned on my Kyocera Mita 1810 copier this morning, it gave me alternating error codes of "C" and "620". I tried powering it off and on a few times, checked for paper jams, the toner is pretty new, etc. Any suggestions besides what the manual suggests "contact your service representative"??

    I do not have a number keypad on the copier. It's a pretty basic model.

    We have a full toner container and no new one to put in. We took it out and emptied the container and tried putting it back in because it gave an error meesage that it is either full or improperly installed? What is the proper way to install?

    Hello try this :
    Press the button: "Stop / Reset", "Start" and "the left button to adjust the density of copies ", release and press the "Stop / Reset".
    Selecting a program number - by the 'buttons zoom' to write "163"
    then double click "Start".
