audio driver uninstall and reinstall it

If your phone has no dial tone, it sounds like you lost your connection. I would check the voice/data cord going into the back of the base. try unplugging and plugging it back in. Also, if your telephone goes through your internet service, like Vonage, verify your internet connection is good.

Your dial pad is probably shot, buy a new phone would be cheaper than replacing it.

Just press in the switch in the middle of the dial for the headphone levels on the mic.

Ask the person who set the lock to grant you access to the phone dialing functions.

If the red icon is the speaker icon at the right bottom of the screen then follow this:

1. Go and click on the icon at the bottom right of the screen (the speaker icon)
2. Use the dial to change the volume and this should unmute your speakers

1.Press menu
2.Press 0
3.Press 2
4.Enter the last two digits of the year on the
dial pad, and then press Set.
5.Enter the two digits for the month on the dial
pad, and then press Set.
6.Enter the two digits for the day on the dial
pad, and then press Set.
7.Enter the time in 24-hour format on the dial
pad, and then press Set.
8.Press Stop/Exit.

Do a hard Reboot, Turn your phone off and wait 10 secs then turn it back on it should be fine.

voice dial work throught your phone.unmuting the headset is it at the phone not at the headset.
