My motorola mz 617 is frozen....help

Remove the battery

1. Make sure the Kindle is turned ON. ...
2. Press the Power button for at least 20 seconds. ...
3. Wait for it to reboot - wait a minute or two. ...
4. Your kindle should be back to a responsive state.
5. You will have to go through the setup again and then synchronize to put your e-books and other data back on the device.

Hi, you mention chrome in connection with your issue. It seems to be related to the internet only??? It might be that your tablet is not communicating with your router very well....it might be that the symptom you report has a less obvious cause.

Hold power button down 30 seconds or more; it should eventually switch off (of course the battery will probably have run down by now anyway, so that'll turn it off OK). Recharge battery for at least 12 hours before restarting.

If your device is frozen you can hold the down volume and power button to force a power down.

Ok, sounds like your iPad is frozen. This doesn't happen too often, but does happen occasionally. You need to properly restart your iPad, not just lock and unlock it. Follow these steps:

1. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button AND the Home button at the same time, for at least 10 seconds
2. The silver Apple logo will appear on the screen, and your iPad will reboot.

You can also try reseting it (use a small safty pin or paperclip in the reset hole) or remove the back cover and carefully unhook the battery from it's balance connector, wait a few minutes and rehook it back up and try pressing the power button. I am using my cruz tablet to write thus right now. Good luck!
