I still use the P6250, and the Studio shows on the list, but
the machine says I have to reload. I don't remember unloading it!
Are the CDs availble? I tried the Lexmark website, but had no luck.

The software can be download from the Lexmark website if you don't have the cd or you lost it. Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/9obn26. Click on the Microsoft or Macintosh dropdown to choose the version of the operating system of your computer. Download and install the software. Hope this helps but if you need more assistance, leave a comment and I'll get back to it. Thanks.
SORRY, I COULD DO ALL, SAID TOO BIG,Using a computer 1.Make sure your All-In-One is connected to a computer. 2.Load your document face down on the scanner glass. I have a Lexmark 2500 and was also unable to download the Imaging Studio. I was able to fix it by inserting the CD but not allowing the computer to install it. I went to my computer and right clicked on the CD and opened the files on the CD. I clicked on the Applications File Folder and opened it. There is a Setup/Setup Launcher that has a pic of a CD and shield next to it. I clicked on that and installed the Imaging Studio. Although it did not say Imaging Studio that is what installed! I never had to uninstall the printer only download that application. I'm so happy to have it working!! I have installed it on 3 computers! I hope this works for you!
I assume the"studio" is included with the printer? A complete uninstall and reinstall of the printer drivers and program will probably correct this. Remember to restart the computer after the uninstall. It may be recommended to do the install with Antivirus disabled... check your manual.
The Vista drivers available on the Lexmark website do not contain the All-In-One Center. They are minimum drivers. Although the scan drivers are shipped with the web package, they cannot be used by the All-In-One Center since it is not included. Please use Windows Scanners and Cameras or Photo Gallery for Scanning.
Please follow the steps given below to perform the WIA scanning: 1. Click on "Start," and "Windows photo gallery." 2. Under "Windows photo gallery" click on "File" and " Import from camera and scanner." 3. Select the "Lexmark P6250 printer" and click on the import button. 4. To begin the scanning process, click "Scan Now."
The printer drivers found on the lexmark website sometimes include the imaging studio scan software included in it... you may try downloading the complete drivers for your operating system.
You may download the P6350 drivers at the following link:
I had same problem on windows vista. The imaging studio used to work on Win XP but not on Vista. I tried the CD that comes with the printer and downloaded the driver from lexmark. In the end I foind that: In explorer go to c:\drivers\printer\4300\applications and click on the setup.exe file. It finishes the install and then the next time you go to start, programs, lexmark center you get the full drop list of the All in1, imaging studio, photo center etc.
Lexmark web site has updated drivers for both.
I am using a p4350 on vista, I downloaded the vista driver from Lexmark, it works but Imaging studio doesn't seem to.
However use 'Paint' to scan and don't forget to select or make the P4300 the default printer.
I didn't find the software either. I did find your model:
