If the component cables are to connect your television and they are not correctly connected, this can cause a greenish colour picture to occur on the screen of the TV . A high colour tint setting will generally create a green image on the TV's screen where as a low tint will create a more red hue then. The buzzing could be coming from the cables not being properly connected to the TV.

Press the “MENU” button on your remote control and use the LEFT or RIGHT arrow keys and select the VIDEO menu. 2. Then use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to highlight PICTURE SETTINGS and press the "ENTER" button on your remote. 3. Next use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to highlight TINT then use the LEFT or RIGHT arrow keys to adjust the TINT. If the picture is too green the tint will need to be lowered. 4. Once you have adjusted the tint to your liking, use the DOWN arrow key to highlight DONE and press ENTER. The toshiba customer service telephone number is : 1-800-631-3811.
