Need the charging diagram for the Craftsman C3 Lithium Ion battery want to charge it with a regular 12 volt charger.

No way! Lithium Ion batteries require special chargers to prevent fire. They are very unstable and if they break down internally, they self combust. You can't even use a Nickel Metal Hydride battery charger with them. And it is a 19.2 volt battery, which won't charge with a 12 volt charger. Use the Craftsman charger specially made for those batteries.

I have a homelite 720 generator but cant fingd the instruction manual and i need to know if the charger leads only charge a battery or can be used as jump leads i know this might sound stupid but i wo

I can't find any reference to a Homelite model 720 generator but most battery charging systems do not supply enough amps to run a car starter. Battery chargers usually work in the two (trickle) to ten amp range. Car starters need way more amps to have enough power to turn an engine over, depending on the size and number of cylinders in the motor. Some chargers have a switch with a 60 amp 'start' position to help the battery turn the motor over, but without that there is little chance the charger side of your generator will supply enough amps to help your battery.

Recently bought Craftsman Lithium battery & charger that failed.

Sounds like your charger is only for NiCad batteries. With most brands, the new Lithium chargers will also charge the old NiCads, but the old NiCad chargers will not charge the new Lithium batteries. You will be very happy with the lithiums once you are able to fix the problem. As for Craftsman, buy Craftsman hand tools such as wrenches and sockets but I'd look elsewhere for battery powered tools.

Canon ixus 60

The ixus 60 is also known as the SD600. It's actually quite a good camera. It uses the "NB-4L" battery. You'll need a charger for your camera's battery. Simply remove and place the battery in the charger and plug it in the wall. If you don't have a charger, generic ones are very inexpensive (so are the generic replacement batteries):
