sometimes if drive dosent open manually knock power off keep your finger pressed on eject button at same time you switch power back on works for me everytime
Poor development or poorly charged toner particles cause excessive background. This is more noticeable as the print cartridge nears end of life.
Make sure the print cartridge is correctly installed and the high voltage contacts are clean. If the cartridge is installed correctly and the problem persists, try a new cartridge. The cartridge may be nearing end-of-life.

on a c350:
1.leave the machine on and open the front door
2. locate a small rectangular hole inside the front dooron the bottom right side corner
3. insert a small object such as a small ball point pen to actuate a switch that resets the error code the screen will indicate door open when the error is reset.this is a fuser error code so if the error keeps coming back the fuser will have to be replaced
