Open the Touchpad software,in the Tray Notification Area, maybe Synaptics, Adjust sensitivity settings. The driver can be found here, select your OS : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=3747931& ALSO, try HP Support : http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/documentSubCategory?tmp_rule=45841&tmp_task=solveCategory&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=3747931
SOURCE: touch pad driver.
Uninstall the driver from the device manager, then reboot. The machine will find the touch pad and reinstall the drive automatically. If this doesn't work, check the touch pad connection, they will sometimes work loose ar get a little dirt/corrosion build up. The connection is under the keyboard. At this point, if it's still not working, then it has failed and will need replaced.

HI,
I TRIED EVERY THING FROM HP SITE, AND I UNINSTALLED THE DRIVER THEN INSTALLED IT BACK AGAIN. IT DIDN'T WORK.
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CLEAN THE PAD UNDER KEYBOARD. SO IF YOU CAN TELL ME HOW TO CLEAN IT. IF CLEANING WILL NOT WORK, THEN I MIGHT MOVE TO HARDWARE PROBLEM NEXT.
THANKS EVERY BODY
