My cyclone on my tippmann a5 wont spin the rachet is intact, if you fire slow with gaps it spins but when you fire quicker it stops spinning

Make sure when reassembled the pin that the solenoid kicks upward to release
the trigger/hammer junction, isnt jammed in the parts. It is easy to pinch that rod
when reassembling. I installed an On/Off switch at the bottom of my trigger handle.
You can find help with A-5's at this A-5 owners group forum. Look for my photos of
the install if you decide you'd like to try it. It makes assembling the gun easy as there
is no power to accidentally fire the pin making it jump out of it's alignment groves.

There might be a couple of reasons for the malfunction. It is my experience that the upgrades made for Tippmann not always improve the performance of the guns, in fact they may cause problems like the one mentioned. I would try to switching your set up back to see if the problem continues and if it does make sure you have a fully loaded tank and that the internals on your cyclone are functioning correctly.

A friend had this problem as well. Turned out to be a banjo fitting. If it isn't lined up with the hose the cyclone won't receiver proper pressure.
