My umx bravo net10 phone will not load. i have taken battery out, charged it, cant get to a home screen

It sounds like the charger port is broken and needs repair.

No pattern reset, it doesn't exist. You do a standard Hard Reset, scrub it clean and load with a new operating system and no lock screen set on it.

Your battery is shot. You will need to get a new one.

and select the 'Memory' item in the left menu. It has instructions for deleting data and apps and moving apps to your SD card.

Perhaps your SD card is also already full ?

Umx wouldn't start or charge but I found a fix. Take battery out. Plug charger in. Hold in power button while simultaneously inserting battery and it should then boot up for you!

Get a 5th phone. You can't fix a boot problem yourself.

My UMX won't turn on or even take charge. Nor anything if I do a hard reset. The IMEI:990018251657833

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.

From the home screen select menu.
Then select My Folder.
Then select Graphics.
Then select Downloaded Graphics.
Your pics are there.
Select to view.

Just call net10 and look for technical support and wait for the option talk with a representative....say that you was playing with the cell phone options and don't know why the phone now display that message...they will give you a big code that you need to enter in the (menu>prepaid>code entry mode> enter the code>press ok), the phone will display "code accepted" go back to your home screen and that's it! phone come back to normal...
