You need to take the cover off and look inside to see if there is something inside that should not be. Perhaps you can look with a flashlight through the entrance hole. You could pick up the machine and shake it and see if anything is rattling around. These things have many plastic and nylon parts which can break over time and the machine will sense a problem and eject. If you cannot find a problem by the suggestions above then it will need to go for repair-unfortunately it would probably cost more than it is worth to have it repaired.
Hi, The error C 32:11 denotes for mechanical unsuitability, This problem appears when the improper insertion of the cassette been done, or lose cassette tape stuck, In all these situations mechanical adjustment is required, You are suggested to please contact any expert for the mechanical adjustment. if that doesn't work try
Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times. good luck

Take the side panel off to see whether the tape is damaged and will not retreat into the cassette ( this will prevent ejection ). Remove old damaged cassette and insert new one. If the unit chews the new cassette camera should go in for VTR service.
error 31 is some kind of a problem with the cassette compartment, it's either won't eject it right now, or it's stuck otherwise. try to eject, if doesn't work, try "reset" button, if still no luck, replace the cassette compartment
