Laod with bath towels won't spin out

Hi Steve, This is usually caused by an uneven load. For instance, If you have a bath towel in with some shirts or tea towels, the bath towel absorbes more water than the tea towels, thus making an uneven load.
My wife tends to wash slippers in a pillow case with nothing else in the washer, and the drum will bang against the side.

may have a bad clutch u can spray the clutch with solution of water and dish soap after it has finished cycle, if it sizzles clutch is bad.

This type of issues usually occur when the washer is unable to drain water completely, you can run your washer at its hottest temperature setting with 2 cups of vinegar inside the unit. After this take off the bottom front panel and clean it completely, also clean the drain hose and drain pump filter, the bleach marks should disappear after doing all this. Some freezers have a plastic drain plug on the side that can be removed, but most do not. I have found the easiest way is to **** up any water in the cavity with a shop vac or bath towels.

FYI: An authorized servicer is required to drain the refrigerant from the system and requires specialty tools.

If large items in the machine create an imbalanced load the machine is designed to switch off...Towels are notorious for doing this because they hold so much water. Jeans don't soak up much water. Wash towels with towels alone and the problem should be reduced....Good luck....Nomess

Read a post from someone else on this - turned out it works fine, just wouldn't work with the small wet load. I added towels to the bath mat load, washed them, it spins fine. Washed clothes & that worked fine too. Yay!! Not broken. Just not found of small loads of bath mats!

remove as much water as possible lean washer back against wall pump is on front of tub bottom pump twist locks into bottom of tub ..no tools needed pull release tab back and turn pump out and clean

you have to open it,at the bottom of the drum it has a either clear or black plastic hose that goes to pump held together with pressure clips remove them water will flow then ,it also will flood the aerea around it,so plenty of soil to soak it up
