Have you followed the instructions given? What happened then?

Try going to Facebook's account recovery page: https://www.facebook.com/recover.php

It will assist you in logging in if you've forgotten your username and password or if your account was hacked or compromised by malware.

If you deactivate your account from the "Deactivate Account" section on theAccount page, your profile and all information associated with it are immediately made inaccessible to other Facebook users. What this means is that you effectively disappear from the Facebook service. Do the following:

1. Log out of your friends FaceBook account.
2. Log in to your FaceBook account.

When you are finished using FaceBook then:

1. Log out of your FaceBook account.
2. Get your friend to Log in to their FaceBook account.

Your log in will be your Email Address (or User Name you created) and your Password.

NOTE: if you have forgotten your passwords or email accounts, OR your friend has forgotten theirs.

THEN (your friend will need to check their profile information) before they log off. In the Profile, they will find what email address is listed as being the current one. (You can supply more than 1.)
