This is a fuser problem , and with any luck you will be able to reset it. Do this: in the copier mode press yellow reset button, then press 10871087 in rapid prosession. Scroll to u 163 ( fuser reset,) and press start button to enter mode . Press execute and wait till mc asks for a restart. Swich the main power of, wait a few seconds and restart. If this does not work you will need to contact your service agent
