I would suggest that you take off the battery first overnight. This will discharge the power totally and will let you run a power cycle. The next day, try to charge it again. Let me know what would be the results after that.

Sounds like all you need is a new pump motor. Pretty common issue. Fairly inexpensive motor. About $30+ on amazon. Check out repairclinic.com or appliancepartspros.com for part numbers and repair videos. Good luck.
Try pressing the following key pad buttons within 5 seconds - PREWASH OPTIONS - WASH TIME, PREWASH OPTIONS - WASH TIME, in this sequence and allow the washer to run. The LED display will start counting down as the washer begins a sequence of short diagnostics tests. If no error is present, the washer will return to standby.
