My zeepad won't boot up

My tablet turns on but it just stays on the Android logo. It won't boot up past that. Can anyone help me out? I think it may be bricked but im not sure. And if it is, what is a solution for this?

My daughter's zeepad will turn on but only to the screen that says "android". it will not get past this stage. I don't see any reset buttons or a way to access inside the unit to find one. What do

If a factory reset is required. Press and hold both Volume buttons and the Power button simultaneously; an Android logo with an exclamation mark should appear. Press both Volume buttons at the same time to open Recovery Mode and use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate.

My daughter's zeepad will turn on but only to the screen that says "android". it will not get past this stage. I don't see any reset buttons or a way to access inside the unit to find one. What do

I will give you the instructions to do a hard reset for the tablet.
Once you do this, you will lose all the data on it and will be just like you bought it. The process is listed below.

Press and hold both Volume buttons and the Power button simultaneously. An Android logo with an exclamation mark should appear. Press both Volume buttons at the same time to open Recovery Mode and use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate. Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "Yes" from the menu and press the Power button again.

Its a zeepad 7.0 android tablet

Where did you get the tablet? I believe you purchased a store demo tablet. If you you browse zeepad's website you can probably restore the firmware and get rid of store demo mode.

Repair for Zeepad Allwiner

Is there a charging indication? if so, keep it off, and leave it plugged in, for a long time. I'd say a few hours to a day. Then try to turn it on.

I had the same thing happen to my Digix Tab 720 last night. This happened after I reset the tablet to factory settings. I left it charging over night and this morning, it is working perfectly. Hope this helps.
