Hi, i have the above 32" le32a436, when i first Plugged & Play set up of the TV i received all the digital freeview channels but after a day i could only receive the BBC ones. Ive tried repopulating the list, turning the TV off at the mains and gone back to the beginning and reset from Plug & Play but everytime i try to 'load' the digital channels all i get is 6 bbc channels (all connections are also secure and the same as when i initially set up the tv), does anyone have any ideas as to a solution to this problem!?
thanks

The info>menu>mute>power on takes you to the engineers menu.
(Start with the TV switched off)
Use the direction keys, down to RESET,
then the right direction key performs the reset, the TV switches off.
On power again, the setup sequence runs for both TV and DTV.
I had exactly the same problem as p111upr and this fixed it.

There may be an input button on the remote, or on the TV, that allows you to switch from the standard ATSC tuner to the DTV tuner.
Let me know if you can't find it and I will dig for an owner manual. But the above should allow you to switch tuners and input sources.
Hi I am Vortash .. usually the problem is aerial the digital aerial is diffrent to the old UHF aerial and you will need to change it should you still be using it .. from what you say the set is working fine and you didnt do anything wrong .. it is just like unlike the old annalouge signal where you would get a picture even if it was poor .. digital systems are less forgiving of low signal and just blank the low signal channels out .. to check for sure if your not already , use a set top aerial.. and move it about to find the best signal if you get more channels problem found so update your aerial ( Or stand the kids in the corner holding the aerial ?LOL ) I hope this helps and that you will be on freeview soon .. oh and check with the ITA that your area has full Freeview transmissions .. there is a 24 hour call line .. on 0800-40 85 902 and they will give you all the information you will require hope this helps Regards Vortash

Just got through to Samsung support. Turns out the freeview card had frozen and needed a reset. To do this put tv on standby. then press in serries these buttons on the remote: 'info' 'menu' 'mute' 'power' TV will then turn on with a default screen. Press 'arrow down' button untill you reach option 12 'reset' . then push the 'right arrow' and tv will reset and start in plug and play mode and commence a scan when you've set the time. Just retuned mine and its back to normal. Hoorah!!! :-)
