Do you mean the tablet made by Azpen? If so, I checked the company's web site in hopes of finding a link to a PDF version manual for your model of tablet.
I did not find any link to an Azpen product manual there. Azpen home page: https://www.azpennow.com/
Therefore, I suggest you contact the company and ask about the availability of a printable manual for your tablet. Azpen: https://www.azpennow.com/index.php?route=information/contact

there's a forgot password option, it's easier if you do the forgot password on a device you've used before on google. You can skip the google account on your phone initially to get the rest of it setup to access the internet. Anyway, the forgot password options should have an option you can use to get it reset.
To perform a factory data reset on your Azpen tablet, you need to backup files first from your device because it will delete all data. If you are through, you have to switch it off. Hold the volume button while you press the power button for ten times. Then press the reset button four times. Then release all buttons when it switches on. If you see the Android symbol and triangle on the screen, use your volume keys to navigate through the recovery menu. Select Wipe data/Factory data reset. Use power button. Select delete all data. Then select reboot now.
