You need to go into the setup menu and set the current date and time. It's just telling you it hasn't had its internal clock set (or re-set) if it has lost its clock settings.

The clock isn't set OR it's been a while since you used the cmaer OR you let it sit on low charged/dead battery for too long. Either way, update the date and time and it should go away.

This indicates that the internal time / date / time zone may not be correct. This can happen when the battery has run down or was changed. Simply go into the menu to adjust the time. If you need additional or specific help with this, please include the model of your particular Nikon camera.
