To factory reset: 1. Turn off the tablet 2. Press and hold volume down and power simultaneouly. Hold it for 30 seconds until an Android logo will appear on screen then let go. 3. Scroll down by pressing Volume down and Volume up to select any from the selection. 4. Select Wipe Data/Reset and select wipe data again and wait till it`s done. 5. Go back to the menu and select reboot to restart the system. Once the tablet has been restarted it will all be back to default values.
Unfortunately not. The tablet would not be able to recognize NTFS partitions or drives because of the sheer size of the hard drive. However most thumb drives will work fine. Support FAQ
