You can also go to www.kyoceramita.com.  Go to Downloads and USA, select your product "Legacy Printers" then your model.  Then select print drivers.  I would suggest the KX Driver.  It is the fullY Fuctional driver that has PCL 5, PCL XL(PCL 6) and KPDL(PS3) built in.  It also has some good add-ons like Print to PDF.  Hope this helps, I've been a Kyocera Tech for 11 years.

attach fs-720; windows 7 will recognise but fail to install
click on 'unspecified device fs-720' in devices and printers
click to upgrade/install driver
use driver specified above (xp)
should install properly

My Kyocera FS1020D won't print. The light says i need new toner - but the cartridge is relatively new. And you can hear the toner inside the cartridge when you shake it. I've tried switching computer and...
Normal 0 Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Printer not printing - showing 'processing' but nothing happening
Reinstall the driver again, if it doesnot work, you have to update the firm ware of the machine, you can find this on kyocera website.
