you can turn off the power saving mode by following these steps:

• Press FUNCTION repeatedly until "USB" appears in the display.
• Press OPTIONS.
• Press / > repeatedly until "PWR SAVE" appears, then press ENTER.
• Press / > repeatedly to select "OFF", then press ENTER.

The power saving mode is now turned off and the system will not enter standby mode automatically.

Press the Power key > Activate power saving. To deactivate power saving mode, press the Power key > Deactivate power saving.
When activated, the power saving mode turns off some functions automatically. Radio configuration in power saving mode include the cellular radio (it is set to 2G/GSM only mode), the Bluetooth radio (it is turned off) and the Wi-Fi/WLAN radio (scanning for new networks in turned off but existing networks keep functioning). The power saving mode also reduces display power consumption by minimizingscreen brightness and by turning off touch screen feedback and theme effects. Power-save mode means the radio is being turned on and off repeatedly, to save power. The radio turns on, & if it hears any signals (i.e., if squelch circuit determines a station is being received), it turns on the speaker; else it turns off again to save power. So, squelch and power-save modes work hand-in-hand, and your problem is squelch circuit is either set too low, or a station is being received by the receiver. Download/look at the owner's manual and adjust the squelch circuit for a higher setting, and it should go into power-save mode again.

Power saving modes are automatic for some LCD monitors some have setting like after 20 ,30 mins to an hour the computer monitor itself will go into standy saving modes like power led switch indication go to yellow led lighting or the monitor of the lcd screen go blank if ur computer have no pictures for displaying as a screen saver modes.Power saving modes it best for uses if ur computer it on all day long.If u don't touch the mouse or a keyboard the monitor will go in the power saving modes for less electricities consumption for less stress for the monitor electronic components for working to hard for the monitor not to malfuctions sooner or the monitor life cut too short because the computer it on all day.

I had this same problem with my Mitsubishi it is when you have fast on mode set it pre warms the bulb to much. I turneed it off and now the bulb has lasted much longer Setting the Power-On Mode feature You can select either Power-Saving or Fast mode. If you select Power-Saving mode and you turn off the TV, it can take several seconds for the picture to appear when you turn on the TV again. Power-Saving mode saves more power than Fast mode. See "Specifications" on page 66 for details. If you select Fast mode and the TV is turned off, the TV will stay in Standby mode for several minutes (see Note below). If the TV is turned on from Standby mode, the full picture appears immediately. To set the Power-On Mode feature: 1 Press Y and open the Setup menu. 2 Highlight Power-On Mode and press c. 3 Press b or B to select either Fast or Power-Saving and press T. Note: If Power-On Mode is set to Fast and you turn off the TV, the following will occur for a few minutes: • The screen (lamp) lights dimly; and • The fans continue to run. This is a function of the Power-On Fast Shutdown mode and is not a TV malfunction. If you do not prefer this, set the PowerOn Mode feature to Power-Saving. When the Power-On Mode feature is set to Power-Saving, if you repeatedly turn the TV on and off in a short period of time, the useful service life of the lamp may be shorter than the average useful service life (- page 63).

I have a LG flatron wide keeps saying Analog power saving mode and than powers off how do I reset this?

Most monitors will say "Power save mode" when they can tell through residual voltage that the signal lead is plugged into a machine, but there's no picture being transmitted. The four states of a monitor are:

* Off entirely.
* Switched on, plugged into a computer but no video signal being received - usually displays "analog power save mode" or "digital power save mode" for a few seconds, then blanks. Comes back to life the moment a video signal is received. This state is the default in full power saving mode.
* Switched on, not plugged into a computer. Some monitors don't display anything, some go into power saving mode, some fly "CHECK SIGNAL CABLE" or a similar message around the screen. Picture is restored when the signal cable is plugged back into the computer
* On fully, receiving an image, and displaying.
