THERE ARE THREE WAY THAT I NO TO RESET THE ZEKI 7" TABLET FIRST: IS A FACORY REST WHICH IS DONE BY THE RESET BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE TABLET. PRESS AND HOLD 30SECONDS. 2ND IS A SOFT RESET HAT IS DONE FROM SOFTWARE ON THE TABLET.IN THE SETTINGS. THIRD IS A HARD REST WHICH IS DONE FROM TABLETS, KET, VOLUME, + VOLUME-, AND POWER BUTTONS. NEW ZEKI OWNER ELJAYP.

Just got off the phone with support!
1. battery must be fully charged first.
2. power on the device.
3. locate and hold the volume down button while using a safety pin
press and hold the reset in until it starts booting, release the reset
button and hold the volume down button for 10 seconds then release.
4. if you are not prompted to factory restore, repeat step 3 but this time
hold volume button for 15 seconds after booting.
when you get to the restore prompt you must use the volume + or -
to navigate and the power button to select. hope this helps!

SOURCE: The touchscreen on our Zeki Tablet is cracked. Can we order a replacement screen or do we have to replace the whole tablet?

I have the same issue. I called Zeki people and they wanted to charge me almost the same amount I paid for it to get a new screen. Apparently that is the most high tech part of the whole thing. I have ordered a tablet on ebay that was not working due to a faulty plug and I'm hopping I can swap them out. I can let you know how it works out if you haven't already bought a new one.
