Flash will only completely freeze motion in total darkness. It is then that the duration of the flash is acting like your shutter speed even if you shot on bulb.

Canon 1100d freezes

this does not sound well. Did you drop the camera? Because if it is not damaged on the outside, I don't understand why Canon would not take it in for repair under warranty. Unless you have the camera for more than a year. You always can ask the Canon Service centre closest to you if they can help and what they would charge you, before you bring or send in the camera.

When i open my internal flash on my 1100d there's show up problem.err 50, whats happen with my camera?how to fix it?

you could check online and see if there is a firmware update for the camera? or it could be an actual physical part on the camera needs replaced? would be really frustrating i imagine. another solution would be to get an external flash like the $40 neewer tt560 and see if it works with camera? it is miles ahead of the onboard flash anyway and is a good investment to any photographer! and the only other suggestion is to upgrand to T3i (600D) or T5i (650D)

I can see something called "Exp Sim" in the bottom right corner of my 1100D. It flashes sometimes and is displayed continuously when I click a photo. What is this?

"Expo Sim" (Exposure Simulation) shows what your picture would look like with your chosen settings. For example, put the camera in full manual mode, start Live View, start turning dials and you'll see changes in the look.

Im using a canon eos 1100D my pictures are dark when im using the built in flash

The range on your pop up flash is only about 15 feet, if your subject is further than that they will be underexposed. Try bumping up your ISO, also you can increase your flash exposure compensation by as much as two stops.

What external flashes can be used for canon cameras?

Any current or recent Canon flash unit will work fine. Most current or recent third-party flashes will also work, though you may not get all of the features you might with Canon units.
Older flash units designed for film cameras tend to have a higher trigger voltage. Using such units on new digital cameras can damage the camera. Here is one list of flash units and their trigger voltages.
