I had the same problem after transit of copier. Try removing the yellow developer unit and give it a good shake. You may need to do it with the other units too.
Have you tried a hard power reset of the copier, does it take forever to start? Go to "user tools/system settings/interface settings" make sure your ip isn't conflicting. Delete all your drivers and make sure they're pcl 5 only.
Is it only the 'red' light or is there another one also lit? If it is on steadily, it should be related to a paper jam, if blinking, then related to Data in, and no paper.

The first thing to try is to turn the machine off, then back on at the red "main power" switch located on the left side of the machine. If the code returns it is indicative of firmware problems or a loose connection.
At this point I would seriously recommend getting a service tech to come out. However, if you want, you can take off the back cover (MAKE SURE THE POWER CORD IS UNPLUGED) and double check all of the connections by (GENTLY) pressing them into their connections. Hope this helps. Let me know.
The light that is normally green is red. Not flashing
OK Double checked with user. The printer is flashing an orange light. This light is normally steady green.
What is the "pattern" of the lights? Flashing?more than one?
