I have successfully installed the BizHub on the Windows machine and have set each user for their authentication. I have gotten it installed on the Mac with the printer driver from the CD, but can find no place to put in the user authentication. When I use PageScope, it says User Authentication is not installed! How can I authenticate the Mac user. The MB is running Leopard 10.5.6.

Hi there if you type in the internet explorer the ip address there you will have the machine information. Then login usually the login is
User name = Admin
Password = password or just enter leave blank
Once you are in there you will be able to change the details you need.

How to set up the machine for SMTP authentication. There is no selection to enter the information in network setup on the machine.
Solution
CAUSE: Incorrect soft switch setting.
SOLUTION: Perform the following:
1. Touch utility button
2. Admin. Management
3. Admin. 2
4. Software SW
5. Enter the soft switch mode 380. Set bits 6 and 2 to 1.
6. Re-start the machine. The SMTP settings will now appear in the network setup of the Admin 2 mode to allow entry of the user name and password.
