My wifi keep saying disconnected this phone is not on I just let my son use the phone to download apps I reseted everything because it was not working right yesterday and now i can't get the wifi back

I'm note sure why it says this but I do know what it means;
When it says 'download' on the screen it means your phone is in 'Download mode'. This is a special mode which is needed to update the firmware of the phone.

You get into this mode by pressing '9' and the power button. Maybe your '9' key is stuck?

i turn on the phone to immediately find a pop up that says uncaught exception index 6>=6 then by its self it will go to white screen that says app error 523 with a reset link beneath it

Hey,
There are several fixes you can try: 1) Turn the Wi-Fi on if it isn't already. If it is, try turning it on and then wait a few minutes before turning it back on.
2) Go to the Settings menu and tap on Email and Account. Then go to Windows Live. Remove your password and enter it again.
3) You can also try changing your Windows Live password from www.account.live.com, and then enter it again on the phone.
If none of these work, then it's possible that it might be a problem on Samsung's end, and they might have server problems.

Are you sure you have internet connection enough to download said apps? If so, restart you phone and wait a while before trying again.
