Have you check the trap for something lodged in it, if there is water in the machine you can use the small hose next to the trap to remove the water from the machine before opening the trap. If you don't know about the trap read the owner manual. If you need help after that please feel free to contact me.
its located on the bottom right of the machine front - open the flap and you will see a round filter base. ONLY OPEN THE filter during the last of the spin cycle to clean it, this is when most of the water has been pumped away. Opening it while the machine is off will cause a gush of water over the laundry floor.
