Universal remote control

I have a universal remote control which is identical in looks to the Innotech credit card remote.http://www.innotechsystems.com/datshee7.htm

Over the years I have lost the instructions and therefore do not know the sequence to programing it. Can anyone help me with the instructions please. Many thanks.
