I have bought a kawasaki er-6n and have missed placed the manuals, may sound stupid but need help on removing the seat. someone help
I assume the help you need is simply, that you can't remove the seat. They are a little awkward. But you need to insert the key, twist it, sadly it's spring loaded so you'll need to keep one hand on thae key. Then you need to push the seat back, quite hard, a good punch will do. Then simply lift it up and away from the front of the bike.

PS the spot to insert the key is on the stand side under the seat, bend down have a look.

I'm new to cycles. I can't find my battery, I'm pretty sure it's under the seat but I don't know how the remove it. I have a 2003 Vulcan 800. Thanks for the help.
