do you see there is a whole in the middle of the metal cap? try using your tweezers to create a lever and put just enough force that it pops open. You can also remove the whole thing out so it is easier to work with. Good luck!
The only watches I have owned have been Casio's put this one looks like it would be worth a trip back to where you bought it most places that sell watches will put in a new battery free.some watch store will do it for a small fee put I think it would be worth it the first time to see how they do it.
I bought at a general retailer that won't have anyone there that will do this. I'll have to find an authorized Casio repair facility bc I don't want this done wrong
I've also tried the Casio website but all they have for this watch are the directions for how to set and features. Nothing in how to change batteries.
the clip holding the batteries in can be lifted by pulling 'up' on the tab at the top of the clip.
