This is a tube tv an analoge tv?U are getting free Air tv signal for tv viewing?Yes?Have it hook up to a digital converter box correct?Yes?Tries a better antenna sources like a roof antenna or a newly design digital antenna.Tries rescan the tv stations again in the digital converter box again,u will get new and more tv broadcasting tv stations.If this is a pay cable tv signal go to ur tv rescan the cable channels again or call ur cable company for solutions or advised.

Tv suddenly shows no audio and no video for digital channles only yet all digital channles are detected durring the channel search

Sounds like you have a bad signal from the antenna or the cable. Unlike analog TV if the signal level drops below a certain level you loose the picture and sound completely. The fact that digital channels are detected during channel search does not mean they have a good signal. Try moving the antenna about.

Turn plasma to analoque tv tuner auto search while xbox is connected and turned on. Auto tune will pick up uhf 36 channel .Flick chanelstill xbox chanel is viewable

Check the menu and check to see if it's setup for cable and not antenna. Also see if there is an auto program function in the menu.

You could try bypassing the tuner and use the rca inputs if you have satellite or cable box that works this way. Hope this helps
