To tighten the belt, start by locating the two bolts that adjust the rear roller (one on each side of the unit in the back). Run the unit at about 3 mph. Tighten the bolts a 1/4 turn at a time. Make sure that what you do to one side, you MUST do to the other side or the belt will get off center. After you tighten it 1/4 turn, check the belt to see if it is still slipping. If it is then tighten the belt 1/4 turn again. Continue until the belt does not slip, but do not tighten the bolts more than 2 full turns.

I have a pro-form 680 LT less than a year old. The belt seems loose, it catches as I run and I about fall over.

The walk belt should be tight (about 1.5" to 2 " when lifted at the edge), if not tighten screws at the rear. If the belt is tight enough then pull the front cover off and check the front roller. Sometimes the plastic drive pully slips on the front roller. If it only stops while you are running and is fine when you walk, i would go to the front roller.

When walking on my pro form xp weight loss 620, while walking along fine, every so often it starts to make a slipping sound and seems like the belt is slipping. tried tightening the belt and still does the...

If the walking belt slips when walked on, first remove the key and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. Using the hex key, turn both rear roller bolts clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 in. (5 to 7 cm) off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and carefully walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.

Pro-Form 360P, when I step on the belt, it stops moving.

when the belt is stopped you should be check the deck if this it´s worm or the walking belt, because a probable cause is lack of lubrication, In addition should send the engine to revision, because according to what your gross probably already there are some Diode Rectifier damaged, You must know that the cause that generates this problem stems from the walking belt and the table or deck
