Hi there.
Phone your service provider, tell them its been stolen, if its being used they will send a text to that phone which will disable it from being able to be used. As for tracking it has to have GPS installed in the original software.

As posted before, My favorite app for this is droid lost app. On the Google play store. You can sometimes install remotely to phone depending on settings. Can wipe phone memory clean. Take picture of person who found or took your phone. Can set off an alarm if your near it after you use the gps phone tracking feature. And a whole lot more.

Presume your only resource is to notify your Cell Phome service so your phone should blacklisted.
Bad news is that serious phone hackers can by-pass this blacklisting or even sell it to international gangs which "re-export" stolen and hacked devices
So your only hope is that it was stolen by some amateur thief.

Hi , I am happy that you know your IMEI no. Its possible to trace a mobile if you have your lost phones IMEI no. First thing what you got to do is get your sim card disabled by your service provider.You need to go to your Service Provider and give them your cell phones IMEI no. Who ever has your cell phone will swich it on and put his sim in your mobile then your service provider will trace the mobile down.
