Hi i have problems with my 7502 gestetner nrg photocopier

Lower Large Capacity Tray-LCT lift up motor failure..
Check any paper jam at rear side of Tray.
check the plate lift up wire and contacts.

if not
then need to replace Lift-up motor

This code is for LCT (Large Capacity Tray) lock release failure. This means there is a problem with the LCT, usually the large paper drawer at the bottom. This code is usually reset by opening then closing the front door. Sometimes turning off then on the main power switch on the right side will clear it. Try releasing the LCT and get it open. Then check the paper in the tray. Most of the time when there are problems with these LCT's it is because too much paper has been loaded or it has been loaded improperly. If you get it open, remove all paper. Then load smaller amounts of paper at a time to insure that it is loaded perfectly. Only load the tray half full at first and then close the drawer and allow it to lift. Then make a copy from that drawer to be sure it feeds paper. Then release the drawer again and finish loading if you want. If you continue to have the code then you can leave the drawer open an inch or so to de-activate it so you can still use the printer from the other drawers until you can get a technician out ot service it.

BCU (Base Engine Control Unit) LCT (Large Capacity Tray), Communication/Timeout Error

During Communication with the LCT, the BCU recieved a break(low) signal.

Possible Cause:
Serial line connection unstable.
External Noise on line.

The code is an error code, it means your copier bizhub 250 is having some problem in the LCT.large capacity tray the last tray.its not opening or may be malfunctioned.

check and clean your optics unit/ scanner unit lamp and mirror

C-0001 indicates a "LCT Communication Failure" . LCT stands for Large Capacity Tray. Your machine may have a large tray installed on the bottom. If turning off and unplugging your machine does not solve the problem there may be a loose connection between the tray and the machine. You would have to remove the back cover of the LCT to check the connection, If you do this be sure to unplug the machine from the wall.

Drawer 3 is LCT, Large Capacity Tray. if the LCT is not opening, then perform following steps to get rid of this problem. 1-Press the LCT or 3rd tray (large cabinet) inward, and wait for a while.you will see that Tray will open automatically. 2-If the 3rd large tray cabinet is not opening then turn around the machine, at the back side of the 3rd tray, you will see a small hole downside at the back of the tray. Insert screw driver or any pointed thing which can easily go inside.after insertion press the screw driver or thing which you are using inward.the 3rt tray will open.

Try to reload the copy paper in the LCT staight and even and also make sure the sides of the paper guides are flush against the paper in the paper tray...

C0212 is a LCT (large capacity tray) shift motor, or lock release failure (they both use the same code)

Open the lower paper tray, and look for anything unusual.

Sounds like the paper was loaded incorrectly, and the tray tried to lift.
