There are literally hundreds of styles and sizes of jacks and plugs. The ECM77 is a condenser microphone and REQUIRES phantom power to bias it. Not all body packs have this bias available...MOST current mixers do have phantom power, at least on XLR inputs. Since you did not tell us what this connects to, we can't give you a definitive answer. For an XLR, the shield of the cable will tie to pin #1... be careful as the pin numbers are tricky... Typically for a TRS 1/4 or 1/8 jack, the shield of the cable ties to the sleeve part of the plug and the other two wires to the tip and ring contacts.

Can the connector in my ihip armour craft be replaced

If it are special connectors there should be special connector plug pliers for it and mounted like to made by the same way as for example cat5 cable connectors .
There should be a special tool to find IN YOUR COUNTRY . where they sell that brand.

It should exactly be the same for special mini plugs if there are 5 to 6 separate wires in the cable, but if its only a 3 wire cable then its easy to soldering a (mini) jackplug

How to fix low sound from speakers?

put a cd in and ,as it is playing, very slowly pull the jackplug out of the soundcard socket, does it suddenly play loudly at some point? If so you probably have the wrong size jackplug and might need an adaptor. Check that the cable is in the correct hole. Check that the volume on the speakers is turned up as well as the one on your PC/laptop.

No sound coming through to headset

need to know more. while headset is plugged in try very gently pulling the jackplug out of the socket, if you get sound with the jackplug positions you may have the wrong six
ze plug or the headset may be faulty. try the headset on other devices that function correctly. Also plug another headset into the socket that the headset is currently is plugged into. If another headset functions then the headset must be faulty. It is a matter of experimentation to find what the problem is but you might need a known working headset to carry out the testing procedure.

Want to buy earphones. What connection on the lead is needed to connect to system?

As an addition to Tom's answer:
The two main headphone connector types are the 3,5mm jackplug (the one that fits in most mp3-players and cellphones) and the 6,3mm common headphone jackplug.

Speaker cuts out, plug in an extension speaker and the main speaker works but doesn't when you unplug the extension speaker

Encountered the same problem. Also noticed that plugging in extension speaker solved it. My conclusion: jack output for extensions speaker normally shortcuts and is then wired to the standard speaker. If the outputchassis gets a bit bended it doesn't shortcut and then doesn't connect to the speaker anymore. Repairing is very cumbersome, therefore I just soldered a shortcut to a jackplug and inserted that.
Connecting an extension speaker apparently wires the speakers in series, instead of parallel as I would expect. In my opinion the design and construction are not very clever in this respect as jackchassis are vulnerable.

I have pulled the jackplug out of the headphone cable where it connected to my phone, can it be repaird?

Yes. Strip the cable down to it's insulated conductor wires - strip them as well to expose the conductor. Tin the connections with solder then apply the solder to their corresponding connections.

Instructions how do you repair a loose connection

Hi,

Buy a new jackplug, cut the old one and also 2-3cm of the wire. Then try to resolder those thin wires.
There are two shielded cables, solder the shields together on the ground of the jackplu. Then solder the other two to the ring and tip. Could be very difficult because those wires are very thin, but I'll think you've got no other options.

Regards,
Gerard
