I can hear sounds that it's ringing and on--but no caller.
I can wear the earpiece and hear it turn on, I can hear an incoming call-- but I cannot hear the call itself. I re-paired it to my phone, turned all the volumes up-- still nothing.

sir while you answering the call press the volume button to increace the sound [or] give to the nokia service center for replacing the new earpiece mic for getting better volume................
If you have already adjusted the volume of your cellphone, then the problem is in the earpiece. If the phone dropped accidentally the earpiece loosens its contact and you need to open the phone to adjust the contacts. If the phone was not dropped, the earpiece is busted and needs replacements.
Hi, when you can't hear the voice of the caller calling you ,it means that the earpiece of the phone which is located slightly above where the screen is. the earpiece is not ok and it needs to be replaced.
When you replace i,you will now be able to hear the incoming callers voice.
this sounds like a broken earpiece speaker you might be able to find a replacement one on-line and replace it or if its still under warranty send it back in and get it replaced
just need a new earpiece speaker or it simply needs to be adjusted into place. If there is no repair shop around you or you do not want to mess with it, then just buy a $20 bluetooth headset to bypass the whole earpiece.
Same here. I tried many things but cannot ring it back to headset mode. I continuously see the headphone icon shown in the phone, so it seems that the phone thinks that it is still connected to earphones. Sometimes, it works fine, but mostly it does not. If I connect the phone on bluetooth earphones, it works fine. Any help will be appreciated.
there is nothing you can do about the delay as it's the time it takes for the bluetooth to send the signal to your earpiece to tell it the call is answered, the only way to stop any delay is to set your phone to auto answer in the bluetooth headphone settings or in the call settings.
