I'm using the canon sd750 and I can not set up the date in the photos when I take it. I want to have the date on the picture I took. can you help me on this issue, how can i set up the date in the picture?
Here is the solution:
The date and time can be included on the pictures taken only with the camera in postcard mode. You must also activate the date stamp option in the menu.
To set the camera into postcard mode, press the [Func.] button on the camera, then use the [arrow down] key to go down to the last option in the menu, and there you can choose the [Postcard mode]. Press [Func.] again to exit the function menu.
To set the date and time stamp, press the [Menu] button and then use the [arrow down] button to go to the [Date stamp] option in the menu. You can set this to "Date" or "Date & Time". Press the [Menu] button again to exit the menu.
your date and time are set now
congratulations!

Hi there, my name is Rob and I can help you.
To put the date stamp in a picture do this: First,
Make sure you have the correct date and time set in the camera. To do this:
Push the function/set button. Press the directional button down to select Date and Time.
Push the directional button to the right then down or up to set the date and time. Then press the function/set button to save it.
Then: to put the date and time on your pictures,
Push the selector button up to the camera icon, and press function/set. Scroll down to Date Stamp.
Scroll right to turn on the Date and Time Stamp, then up or down to until it says On.
Press function/set when your done.
That is your solution. Remember once the date/time stamp is embedded in a picture, you can't take it out.
Let me know if you have any further questions, and thanks for coming to FixYa. Please feel free to rate my solution a fixya.
