Question about Motorola Mobility Bravo Mb520 At&t Black Motoblur Gsm Cell Smartphone Android Wifi
I turn it on and its asks for language and I selected English. At the bottom it emergency or start - I selected start. Then it says checking for data connectivity then it asks for WiFi setup or retry cellular connectivity. That's as far as it will go - no matter which one I select. Please Help

There is no WiFi on the Q9m. As far as your MMS settings. Who is your service provider? If it is Verizon they should already be on your phone. If you have another service provider, you may have to have them send the settings over the air via a network update.
##DATA# might get you into the menu to update but I can't be sure since I don't know what software is currently on the phone.
