Check the capacitors on the motherboard, Dell had a BIG problem with faulty capacitors on the GX270, GX520, GX620, GX745 and GX755 units. The parts would cause the unit to either not boot at all or lockup booting or running programs. I would bet you have some that are just beginning to fail and the motherboard power is not stable which would mean the chips are not getting enough power. Here is a link to an article about the issue and what to look for on your board.
You can download the manuals for your OptiPlex GX620 PC directly from the Dell website here: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/opgx620/en/index.htm
for drivers u visit driversdownload.com, register and then dowload required drivers for ur comp. i doubt ur computer is affected with virus. pls check it also
For this solution I would suggest contacting Dell, or checking Ebay. You may find an Optiplex GX620 on Ebay for parts, that you can buy for a song. (And sing it yourself)
Should a Front panel Cover not be available, (Or too pricey), you may want to look into buying a new computer case. You can buy a decent, good looking, new computer case, for around $60 to $80 Then transfer your parts to it. Here are examples, http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?Lprice=50&Hprice=99.99&CatId=1847 You might also want to check Ebay for this too.
