I need color documents from my x2500 lexmark printer

First print to pdf, then from Acrobat print to your Lexmark width increace, decreace, fit to page ... anyway you want

You may have to delete the files in the print que. It should show that there's still files waiting to print in the lexmark program.

I believe evrytime you tried to print, they all lined up in a queue for printing. If that is the case, you have to delete everything in the queue
Right click on the printer folder, look under documents, and see there are documents listed. If there are few, delete all of them. In some cases, you may have to print one at a time.

After doing all that, try to print a document. For test purposes type a one line document and try to print it.

To get your printer to recognize the new cartridge; go to start - printer and faxes -right click on printer - preferences (printing preferences) -settings -load factory settings. Print test page Ctrl+P

sounds like you need to do a complete clean and calibrate/alignment. that's what usually causes this issue.

actually, you need to run a test alignment page from the printer menu or if you have the lexmark print manager, you might be able to do it from there..
